We had an amazing time at this resort, really enjoying its prime location right by the beach and within walking distance of great dining options. The spacious rooms offered spectacular views, and the atmosphere was perfect for our family getaway. However, our check-in experience was quite frustrating, and we faced some issues with pool access. Overall, the value for money was great, but the service could certainly use some improvement.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this resort! The location is absolutely perfect, right by the beach and near all the fun shops and restaurants at Whaler's Village. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a fully stocked kitchen which made our stay so comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during our emergency plan experience with the tropical storm. Just a couple of areas for improvement would be the dining options and the sunset views from some rooms, but honestly, you'd only need to take a short walk to catch that beautiful sunset on the beach!

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, right on Kaanapali Beach, which made our mornings and evenings magical. I had a lovely stay at The Whaler. The location is unbeatable, right on the beautiful Kaanapali beach, making it easy to enjoy beach days and access great shopping and dining options nearby.
